This approach assesses the health impact of how a client manages their body’s energy each day in the 3 key aspects of their lives: physical, emotional and personal. Based on this assessment, clients are provided easy to use tools and strategies to help them optimize their energy management so that the quality of their life and their health is improved. Personal health counseling is an option for those involved in the healthcare system, to help them with their questions and experiences as they move through this system.
