TO BEGIN - This course is approved for CE credit.
The completion of this continuing education course may be used to support the renewal of certain professional healthcare licenses. To check your eligibility, see our CE credit information.
SECOND - General Guidelines
We want to let you know about a few guidelines to follow as you're navigating our course:
1. You have 12 months from the day you enroll to complete this course.
2. To complete this course...
- Each of the 35 seminars that are included in the course must be individually completed by watching at least 90% of the video lesson that is contained within each seminar
- Participants must score an 80% or higher on each of the Check Your Learning quizzes that follow the video lessons in each seminar.
3. The seminars of this course have been strategically ordered to build on each other.
- Participants are required to progress through the seminars of this course in the order they are presented.
- Once a seminar has been completed, you may go back and review it as often as desired within the 12 months you have access to the course, but you may not skip ahead over incomplete seminars.
4. Participants of this course agree to abide by Survivorship Solutions' Terms of Use & Privacy Policy.
5. FOURTH - Viewing the Video Lessons
Please review these Instructions for viewing the Video Lessons:
1. Press the Play Arrow (center of video) to begin a video lesson.
2. Click the Expand icon (bottom right corner of the video) to view the video in a full screen mode.
3. Pause, Rewind, & Fast-forward by dragging the Sound Head along the bottom scroll bar of each video.
4. Closed Captions may be enabled for each video lesson by clicking the CC icon in the lower right side of the screen and choosing English. (This must be done each time a video lesson is started.)
FIFTH - The Check Your Learning Quiz
To complete this course...
- Each of the 35 seminars that are included in the course must be individually completed by watching at least 90% of the video lesson that is contained within each seminar
- Participants must score an 80% or higher on each of the Check Your Learning quizzes that follow the video lessons in each seminar.
NEXT (Optional) - 'Team' Participation & Reporting
*IF you are a member of an organization that is working with Survivorship Solutions to implement team competency and/or cancer rehabilitation services...
we need to keep track of your progress throughout this course to accurately populate the credit reports for your adminstrators/leadership team.
Therefore, after successfully completing the video lesson and passing the quiz for each seminar, please click on the thumbprint link that looks like this one below to report your progress. It only takes a second. (Note: You will be asked for your Unique Client ID#)
AND FINALLY -
Once you've completed the Video Introduction, click the teal/blue box (at the top of your screen) to move on to the next seminar in the course:
You will continue to click this same teal/blue 'COMPLETE' box at the top of the screen each time you complete a seminar. (Remember, you must view at least 90% of the video lesson and score at least 80% on the Check Your Learning quiz to complete each seminar in the course.)
